The training and development of our staff is one of the most important aspects of our business and paramount to our success. This is why the goal of our training is not only to convey lots of information, but also to ensure all our staff gain a broad understanding of the individual responsibilities required for their roles.
To do this we have devised training programmes that are tailor-made for each position. All trainees work alongside experienced trainers and mentors, who have a proven track record within their respective roles. The training provided will cover every aspect of the role that is required, whether financial control to customer care, statutory health and safety to quality control, and most importantly of all, practical hands on experience of the day to day engineering requirements of the job.
We are always looking to hire talented individuals whose skills can be further developed and career advancement within our company. This is why we have put together our Career Development Programme and are implementing a Youth Engagement Policy to allow everyone to make the most of their true potential, and to strengthen the fabric of the business as we go forward in to the future, and to enhance and ensure our continued legacy as a company that provides a personal service.
If you feel you could enhance what we do, and could be a real team player, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org – we’d love to hear from you!
